Dr Stephen Page

Dr Page has 25 years of strategy and change management experience, with a particular focus on large-scale information technology. He was formerly the global Managing Director for Strategic IT Effectiveness at the management consultancy firm Accenture, helping large and complex businesses to deliver business value from technology investments, to transform business processes, and to strengthen operational performance. He also held the global role of Growth & Strategy Director for Accenture Technology Consulting, a $1.4bn business with 3,500 employees in 45 countries. He left Accenture in 2009 to embark on a non-executive career, in which he has helped steer capability and capacity growth in information-centered businesses. Dr Page originally studied music (with an emphasis on historical musicology) at the University of Queensland, and holds a D.Phil from New College, Oxford where he was a Commonwealth Scholar and a member of the Programming Research Group. Dr Page is also a professional photographer specialising in children's portraiture, and a trustee of the Classical Opera Company.
Dr Page was appointed to the Board for his experience in operational IT management.
He is a member of the Board Audit Committee.
