Key activities for the Digital Preservation Team in 2007/2008 include:
- Technology, analysis and support for the design and implementation of the Digital Object Management Programme
- Production of preservation plans for new content streams of digital materials which will be stored in the Digital Object Management Programme
- A risk assessment of digital collections held by the British Library
- Implementation of a digital preservation testbed environment to facilitate technology watch activities
- Delivery of national and international collaborative projects in digital preservation
