Whether work is being done by our external suppliers or by our own staff, a consistently high standard is required and expected.
We have a dedicated quality assurance role in our department, which ensures that quality control and assurance procedures are in place for all work streams, and that they applied robustly and consistently. This not only help us to identify any problem areas, but also enable us to drive up standards, internally and externally.
