We have been advised by the Metropolitan Police that the building must be closed to all Library visitors and Readers for security reasons, including all Reading Rooms, public areas, galleries and cafes.
Our exhibition galleries will be closed all day on Thursday 10 November. The entire building will close at 14.00 and will re-open at 9.30 on Friday 11 November.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
