Congratulations to our February success story of the month, Flubit, who have won the 2013 London Web Summit start-up competition.

The London Web Summit took place on Friday 1 March with technology companies, from startup to the established, competing to win a range of awards.

Our success story, Flubit, who are an online shopping website, were shortlisted as one of the 25 most promising startups in Europe and were then crowned startup winner, competing against the likes of Scurri and Lutebox.

Founder and CEO, Bertie Stephens said, “We are extremely happy, there is a lot of exciting talent and ideas coming out of Europe at the moment, and to win this competition further highlights Flubit’s relevance to consumers and its outstanding service.

This not only comes down to the concept itself but more importantly reflects the hard work the whole team has put in over the last year.”
