A new BBC2 series is seeking to help new start-ups get underway with proposed restaurant businesses.

With the help of their restaurateur, they will follow the journey of new startups as renovations are completed, menus are created, staff are hired through to opening night and beyond.

They are seeking budding restaurateurs who have firm ideas and ambitions of what they’d like to achieve. Ideally you will already have investment and premises or be close to picking up the keys!
