New podcast series: Going for Growth

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, we’ve just launched a new series of podcasts aimed at growing businesses, in partnership with SmallBizPod.

In the first podcast in the series, Alex Bellinger from SmallBizPod interviews John Griffin, founder of Addison Lee, the largest minicab firm in the UK. He now employs over 2,200 drivers and is continuing to grow at a significant rate, despite the economic downturn.

Addison Lee is a local business to the British Library, based in Camden. John talks about how he has developed his business, his approach to leadership and managing his staff.
