More awards for entrepreneurs and businesses

If you want the recognition you deserve for your business, entering and winning awards is a great way to do it.

Nominations are now open for both the Women of the Future awards and the Growing Business awards.

Women of the Future awards seek to recognise high-achieving female entrepreneurs and businesswomen. Open to all women aged 35 and under, there are a number of categories including Business Woman of the Future, Entrepreneur of the Future, Mentor of the Year and Professional Woman of the Future.

Nominations close, 21 September 2011. This year's judges include CEO of Hobbs, Nicky Dulieu and communications director for L’Oreal UK and Ireland, Louise Terry.

The Growing Business awards, established in 1999, recognise SME and entrepreneurial success from across the UK. Categories include Made in Britain, Digital Elite, Entrepreneur of the Year and Local Hero of Enterprise.

Nominations close 30 September 2011, with the awards ceremony taking place on 29 November 2011.
