Stelios award for disabled entrepreneurs in the UK 2013

Applicants for this year’s Stelios Awards for Disabled Entrepreneurs in the UK is now open! 

This unique and prestigious Award is being sponsored by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou the serial entrepreneur best known for founding easyJet. 

In order to apply and be in with a chance of winning £50,000 for your business, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You have a recognised disability or long term health condition
  • You have at least 25% management stake in your company
  • Your business has a turnover in excess of £10,000
  • You own a UK registered business
  • Your business has been trading for between 1 and 5 years.

 

Think how you could spend the money, for example, you could:

  • Buy a piece of new equipment that would enable them to increase production capacity
  • Fund new staff costs to expand a sales team
  • Embark upon an international operation.

 

The deadline for entries is 5pm on Friday 25 October 2013.
