Thank you to everyone who contributed to this year’s survey.

The survey has helped us demonstrate the value of our business and intellectual property (IP) information and services. It will also help us maintain and improve the services offered.

We are very appreciative of the fact 98% of you would recommend the Centre to others as we consider word of mouth to be one of the most trusted resources. You informed us that the face-to-face support offered to you by our reference team, industry partners and established entrepreneurs was invaluable.

We are continuing to make an impact on the national average Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) who are protecting the core assets by raising awareness through our free intellectual property workshops and webinars.

We also provide free access for Readers to use our electronic subscription databases, which can allow you to search for patents and much more. Alternatively, our Research Service can provide you with research at low cost.
