Martine Burford - our success story

After selling her products at Portabello Market in London as a hobby, Martine Burford started to get more and more requests for her 'Ruby Red' ethical beauty products.

Two years later, and Ruby Red is stocked in Harvey Nichols, Ethical Superstore and more.

Martine found the Centre's workshops hugely helpful in getting-to-grips with intellectual property: protecting her brand and product, as well as business planning. She is now starting to use the information in our Reading Room to better understand her market, to grow the business.
