Birgitte Lydum - our success story

Birgitte Lydum

Birgitte Lydum, founder of Baby Beamers, invented the Sun Snoozer pram cover. Birgitte realised she found a gap in the market when she couldn't find a cover to protect her baby against the sun.

She first came to the British Library Business & IP Centre to attend the workshops and speak to our business experts to get help getting her product to market.

After numerous prototypes, extensive market research and product testing the Sun Snoozer is available to buy. She still continues to use the Centre to help her market her product overseas and grow her company.
