Jo Ayoubi - our success story

Jo Ayoubi and Steve Walsh founded Track Surveys Ltd. In 2000, their service designs and delivers appraisals, 360 Degree Feedback, and advice on Web-based people management tools (including HR and LMS systems, Web 2.0, social networking and E-learning).

Jo joined the Innovating for Growth programme to help her expand her market reach. The one-to-one coaching sessions and the support of the other members on the programme gave her the confidence to develop and implement her strategic plan for the future, which has led to her successfully securing new business.
