Business growth strategy

Red Ochre spend an initial 2 hours with you exploring your strategy, business model and ideas. 

They'll work through an initial diagnostic with you, your ambitions and what it is you are attempting to do and where you think you need assistance. 

You will be robustly challenged on all aspects of your business. This will include your own approach and behaviour as well as that of partners/ fellow directors. 

Finance, financial management and investment possibilities will be reviewed. Alternative growth strategies and opportunities will be discussed with you if appropriate. 

Together with Red Ochre, you will come up with very practical suggestions to improve, amend or change what you are doing or intend to do. You will receive a meeting summary, an action plan and additional guidance when needed. 

At the end of Innovating for Growth, you spend another hour reviewing progress and setting the agenda for implementing the support, guidance and ideas you have received.
