What does Knowledge Connect do?

Knowledge Connect helps London's businesses to grow and prosper by connecting them to the knowledge and resources of the City's universities, colleges and research organisations.

This funded initiative provides a fantastic opportunity for businesses to develop new products, services and markets, and for knowledgebase organisations to put their expertise to practical and commercial use.

Collaboration vouchers are available for qualifying businesses:

£3,000 mini voucher – supports activities such as testing proof of concept, strategic or technical development, and market investigation.

£10,000 maxi voucher – more in-depth work, such as research and development of new products, services or markets, prototyping, software development, testing and validation.

Who can Knowledge Connect help?

The service is primarily available to London-based businesses with between 4 and 249 employees, that have not previously benefited from knowledgebase support.

Key services

Inspiration: thought-provoking and stimulating events for London-based businesses thinking about and exploring new opportunities.
Preparation: one-to-one support with an experienced mediator to help challenge, develop and refine ideas into project proposals.
Matching: helping businesses find the most relevant and effective support available from across the knowledgebase.
Collaborating: closely supporting the work with the knowledgebase to develop and deliver project goals.
