Market research and other business resources

Data gathered from market research is one of the most powerful tools a business can use.

Awareness of market trends, consumer behaviour and your competitors will enable you to find a niche, and develop a business that fulfils your customers’ needs.

It also allows you to spot trends in months past and take an educated guess into what may come in the future, helping you become more prepared and able to exploit gaps and other opportunities in the market.

Business decisions based on good intelligence can minimise risk and can help you communicate to customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders. It lets you to measure your performance and gives insight into what customers want.

There is an almost inexhaustible amount of research available online and through other mediums, and knowing where to look can be confusing.

That is why we have put together the following resources, workshops and organisations to help you make the most of market research.
