Collaborative working and partnerships

Red Ochre logo

This workshop looks at why voluntary/community organisations and social enterprises should consider partnerships or collaborations. Many grant making bodies want cross community and multi-disciplinary delivery of projects.

A way forward for many smaller organisations is to partner or collaborate with one or more organisations.

You will learn about:

  • The potential impacts, benefits and challenges involved
  • The difference between partnership and collaboration
  • Explore strategies for successfully recruiting a partner organisation
  • How to build the relationship as well as addressing risk and funding issues
