Run by financial expert Johnny Martin, the session explains the financial elements of all the stages in your business from the way in which it is set-up, how to work with investors and managing your cash flow on a day-to-day basis. 

It also includes:

  • Clear explanation of the key business reports, jargon and essential concepts such as break even and debt versus equity so you have the confidence to “talk the talk” with investors and finance people.
  • Essential tips on financial management so you can avoid the common pitfalls facing your business and increase profitability.
  • How to use the included forecast template so you can prepare your own forecasts.
  • Time for lots of Q&A in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

You will be surrounded by like-minded entrepreneurs and you can bring a laptop if you wish to start work on the numbers in the workshop. The workshop will give you a good foundation in business finance theory and also a range of practical tools and methods which you can implement straight away.
