Make your food and drink business unique

ideas21 logo

The development, manufacture and sale of food and drink products involves substantial investment.

It is crucial to l protect your venture against copyists in this industry.

You may have a new or improved food or drink product, an improved manufacturing process, or even just a new image for a traditional favourite.

Make your product or brand unique with the right protection:

  • Patents can protect new methods of making food products
  • Registering your Designs to make your packaging distinctive
  • Trade marks can protect your name and make your product a leading brand
  • Trade secrets can help grow your ideas into a profitable business and, thanks to a recent government initiative, give tax advantages.

There will also be plenty of time to answer your questions during the Q & A session.
