About HR Help 4 Business

HR Help for Business is run by Mirtha Medina, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and she also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. She has headed HR functions for large organisations, carried out employment tribunal representation and negotiated with trade unions at national level. She now works with SMEs to support them in the effective management of their employees and ensuring that they comply with employment legislation.
