Harriet Hastings co-founder of Biscuiteers, who provide personalised home-made luxury biscuits and have had collaborations with Anya Hindmarch and the Conran Shop.
James Averdieck, founder of Gü which he sold for £29million six years after starting. He now provides advice and expertise to a variety of businesses and is co-presenter of the Sky show 'Cooks to Market'.
Camilla Stephens, founded Higgidy in 2003 and now has a range of 20 products stocked in retailers including Sainsbury's, Waitrose, the Co-operative Food and Boots. They make 190,000 pies, quiches and slices a week!
