NotesPrinted on pale green paper, on both sides of the sheet. With a poem on the reverse entitled The "King of the Road", which includes the lines "The "King" must be the lamp for me, as anyone may tell, I'll send for one from "Lucas," then I'm sure to look a swell." Next day he wrote to Birmingham, and forwarded the cash, ". - Dated in MS.: Oct. 17th 84
