Book burning
Description: Historiated initial 'Q' of a king and a crowd, including a Franciscan friar, looking on while a boy throws books down onto a fire and small miniature of a man in bed, at the beginning of the first section of the 'Natural Philosophy' textbook, 'Physics' ('Physicorum'), and marginal scenes of a naked boy with a sword and shield fighting a lion, animals and lions, and two men fighting holding swords and shields.
