Description: Full page miniature of Kings, in a row, and soldiers in red coats, representing the 144,000; the Lamb nimbed, with a gold cross (Revelation. 14:1-5). M.R. James described the scene below as 'the Annunciation, with the Dove', but it may represent the angel preaching to those on earth (Revelation 14:6).
