Decoration 1 large initial in blue and light yellow with foliate decoration, and a lower border of vines and flowers, executed in pen (f. 1). The rest of the manuscript is without illumination but with spaces and guide letters left for large initials.

Binding Post-1600. 18th century blue-green morocco, with gold tooling around the outside of the binding and edges; marbled end papers.
Provenance Partly erased inscription, in humanistic script, including 'anno domini m [obscured]' (f. 1), possibly 'mcccclxxviij, according to the unpublished notes of A. C. de la Mare at the Bodleian Library.
Ambrosius Michetich Sibinicensis (Sebenico), inscription ‘Ambrosius Michetich Sibinicensis scripsit’ (f. 123v).
Partly erased inscription, in humanistic script, including 'anno domini m [obscured]', possibly 'mcccclxxviij, according to the unpublished notes of A. C. de la Mare at the Bodleian Library (f. 1, top of folio).
Armorial bookplate with crest of lion’s head erased, surrounded by the collar of the Order of the Thistle, and surmounted by the coronet of an earl (inside of upper cover).
Inscribed with a price in pencil ‘2-2‘ (scribbled over) and ‘-15-‘ (f. iii).
Charles Burney (b. 1757, d. 1817), D.D., classical scholar.
Acquired by the British Museum as part of Burney’s library from his son Charles Parr Burney in 1818.
