Binding BM/BL in-house. Earlier binding kept separately as Egerton 3145 b (18th century).
Provenance Purchased in Ioannia in 1864 by the Rev. Reginald Barnes for Angela Georgina, Baroness Burdett-Coutts.
Presented by Burdett-Coutts to Sir Roger Cholmely's School, Highgate (Burdett-Coutts MS. II.4).
Purchased by the British Museum with the aid of the Egerton Fund from the Governors of Highgate School, 8 October 1938.
Notes Additional 28815 and this manuscript once formed a complete New Testament in more than 370 folios, but were divided before the nineteenth century.
