Provenance Hayyim ben Abraham ben Saadia al-Basari, owner: inscribed with his name, undated (f. 4).
Solomon ben Saadia al-Figi ?: inscribed with his name, undated (f. 248v).
Two added astronomical tables probably from the 16th century (ff. 1, 251). A parchment bifolium has been added (ff. 249-250). Short composition in 16th script (f. 248).
Fischl Hirsch: purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 January 1877: inscribed (f. [252v]).
