Initials in blue with penwork decoration in red, at the beginning of the rest of the commentaries. Initials in blue or red. Running titles in red and green.

Binding Post-1600. Royal library binding of brown leather.
Provenance Added marginal drawings in plummet of a chalice and a host (f. 84), a monstrance? (f. 89v), a human figure (f. 120), and a nun (f. 182), 15th or 16th century.
Added marginal annotations and maniculae in pencil (ff. 51, 53, 58, 60, 61, 86, 149, 183, 189, 203v, 219v, 222), and in ink (ff. 134v, 135v, 136v, 161, 162, 182v, 183, 185, 189v, 203), 16th century.
The Old Royal Library (the English Royal Library): Westminster inventory number 'no. 1030' (f. 1), and the Henrician title 'Ep[istu]le pauli cu[m] glos.'; included in the inventory of books in the Upper Library at Westminster of 1542.
Presented to the British Museum by George II in 1757 as part of the Old Royal Library.
