‘Nous dédions cette petite brochure à nos braves troupiers, avec l'espoir qu'ils trouve-ront du plaisir à lire les bons tours que les Bruxellois jouèrent à leurs geôliers.’

‘We dedicate this little brochure to our brave troopers, hoping they will enjoy the tricks the people from Brussels played on their jailers.’
