Russian style overglove of heavy cloth or knitted cuff mitten
During the war many committees and institutions were created, each with clear roles in the war effort. Groups included those to organise the production of socks, sweaters, ski masks and gifts for soldiers. This is a Russian-style overglove, made from heavy cloth. The expression corredo del soldato means soldier’s kit, and this overglove is part of a set of belongings every soldier needed to take with him when he joined the army.
