We the undersigned cannot allow this time to pass without expressing our entire approbation of the good conduct of the Police in our District, in keeping order and protecting us from these repeated attempts to disturb the Public peace in this and the adjoining neighbourhood by a class of misguided persons calling themselves Chartists. -
