The list below provides links to information about past exhibitions at the British Library. In many cases there is simply a short description of the exhibition, but some of them, such as 'Magic Pencil: Children's Book Illustration Today', 'Trading Places: The East India Company and Asia 1600 - 1834', 'Treasures from the Ark: 1700 years of Armenian Christian Art' and 'Lie of the Land: the Secret Life of Maps', provide in effect a virtual online exhibition.
