Photograph of gold and silver guns at Baroda in Gujarat, from the Lee-Warner Collection: 'Baroda views and buildings, c.1890' taken by an unknown photographer. In this view, state troops are posed with the gun carriages, which are drawn by caparisoned bullocks, with the gold and silver salute cannons behind. There were originally two silver and two gold cannons, cast in the 19th century by the Gaekwad Maharajas. One of each was subsequently melted down.
