Medium: Photographic print
Photograph from the 'Curzon Collection: Album of views of Udaipur and Chittaurgarh', of the Victoria Hall, at Udaipur, Rajasthan, taken by an unknown photographer during the 1900s. The Victoria Hall was built to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887 by the Public Works Department of Udaipur. It was designed in an Indo-Saracenic architectural style and originally housed a museum for the indigenous products of Mewar and a library. This general view shows the front elevation. A statue of Queen Victoria stands in front of the building.
