This is the frontispiece of 'West India Scenery?' written and illustrated by Richard Bridgens, a civil engineer working in the Caribbean in the early 19th century. Surrounding the title are illustrations of four plants grown in Trinidad at that time - sugar cane, cocoa, plantain and coffee.
