This is a 19th-century tracing of a plan showing the Grosvenor Estate in the parish of St George ca. 1723. Its title features at lower right, with parish boundaries outlined in red, and properties in the estate coloured pink. It also shows the proposal for the aqueduct and reservoir at Chelsea and a new street plan around Grosvenor Square.
