View of the museum at the Camborne School of Mines, taken by J.C. Burrow in 1893. The photograph includes a group of three men examining specimens from the collection. Camborne School of Mines was founded in 1888 and was one of several 19th century Cornish mining schools. Rock and mineral specimens were donated to its museum by local Cornish mining families.
