This colourful leaflet for Madame Tussaud’s Waxwork Museum advertises a diorama from the fairy tale Cinderella, this is one of the main attractions along with waxworks of a number of well known personalities and the Chamber Of Horrors. Marie Tusssaud inherited a collection of waxworks from her employer Dr Phillippe Curtis in 1795, and toured the British Isles displaying the collection, eventually settling in Baker Street in 1835. It was and still is visited by many thousands of people annually and the Chamber Of Horrors is still one of the highlights of the trip.
