Hexham Priory and College
This pair of drawings make up a panoramic view of Hexham Priory and its buildings from the north-west. Grimm must have been standing in what had been the Priory’s outer courtyard.
On the far left is the monastic church and, to the right, the sprawling Abbey House, fashioned out of the medieval monastic buildings.
