View of Dargle Glen in County Wicklow, Ireland. The glen is situated at the foot of the Sugar Loaf Mountains and is approximately ten miles from Dublin. The area is well known for its beautiful landscape and forms part of the Powerscourt Estate with the River Dargle running through it. The building of this Manor House and Gardens was commissioned in the 18th century by Richard Wingfield. The Moss House appears on the land rising to the right of this picture.
