View of Bentley Hall, near Cubley in Derbyshire. This was a brick and stone house built during the Elizabethan and Jacobean Periods. The west side of the house has a wing built in the late 17th century. In 1749 the estate was sold by the Browne family to the Wilmots of Chaddesden.
