Plan of the north-eastern coast of the Isle of Wight, which features Hurst Castle, Fort Albert and the parishes of Yarmouth and Freshwater. The plan was drawn in approximately 1720. Hurst castle is situated on a shingle spit on the south English coast at Milford Haven; it was built between 1541-1544 by Henry VIII. Fort Albert was built on the eastern coast of the Isle of White in 1856. It has an unusual design with three tiers.
