Fish soup with ginger

Ingredients
2 pieces of seabass or similar fish
1 stick cinnamon
1 star anise
2 cloves
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
4 cm ginger (crushed or thinly sliced)
1/2 large onion (thinly sliced)
Celery
Spring onion
300 ml water
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Olive oil
Method
Heat up the olive oil, throw in the cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise, garlic and ginger
Add water and allow it to boil
Add in the fish and leave until the fish is cooked
Add the onions and salt and black pepper
Finally, add the celery and spring onions
Serve with rice
