An outline view in ink of the inn at Hopcroft's Holt in Oxfordshire, drawn by S.H. Grimm. Hopcroft's Holt was a crossroads in Oxfordshire of the Bicester to Chipping Norton road with the Oxford road. There has been a coaching inn here since c.1475. A 1877 maps shows the inn still in existence. Today the Hopcroft's Holt Inn has been converted to a hotel.
