This delicate pencil drawing depicts the imposing structure of Stonebyres House in South Lanarkshire.

Stonebyres House was the residence of the De Vere family between the 15th and 19th centuries. Although the building was greatly expanded in the 1850's, it was eventually pulled down in 1934.
