View of some port buildings at a settlement along the River Tees. The River Tees start in the Cross Fell of the Pennines and flows to meet the North Sea at Middlesbrough. It passes through a Valley 85 miles long. As it nears the North Sea, the river becomes more commercial and passes through the ports of Stockton-on-Tees, Thornaby-on-Tees and Middlesbrough.
