Lulworth Cove is a quaint little fishing village of thatched cottages, set in a horseshoe-shaped harbour between Swanage and Weymouth. It comprises part of the Lulworth Estate, home to the Weld family since 1641. The surrounding coast-line is of great geological importance and supports a diverse abundance of flora and fauna

The remarkable rock-formation of Durdle Door lies further to the west along the coast.
