Register for BLDSS – Pay by credit/debit card
This Online service enables you to search for items available for Remote Supply, view detailed availability, pricing and delivery time information, place and track an order.
- Business Account
Register for BLDSS and open a Business Account.
This option is available to customers who intend to purchase over 100 documents a year.
To open a Business Account please register by downloading and completing the Document Supply Registration form and Credit Account Application form. You will be required to visit BLDSS to set up an Online Account for use in conjunction with your Business Account.

We will automatically open you a Billing account on registration.
A billing account allows you to pay for services you have already received. Each month we will send you an invoice for all your processed requests, accompanied by an itemised statement listing all transactions and their charges.
Please note our payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice (see Section 7.3 of our Terms and Conditions)
If you wish to pay in advance and keep your account in credit you can open a deposit account. Whenever a request is processed, we will deduct the appropriate amount from your account. Each month you will receive a summary invoice and an itemised statement, listing all transactions and charges. A proforma invoice will be sent when you need to replenish your account
Parent/satellite accounts are useful for organisations that have more than one site but prefer to keep control of their finances in one place. Every month we will send you a bill that summarises all purchases made by each site. This will be accompanied by separate itemised statements for each site.
