Registering for our services

Overview of the benefits of registering with us and how to register.  

Remember, if you buy under 100 documents a year we recommend BLDSS.

If you order from us regularly, we recommend that you register with us. The advantages are:

  • You can manage all of your purchases from one place
  • You will be able to loan materials from our collection (Not open to individuals)
  • You will be enrolled in our free Customer Care Programme

To register and open an account, download and print the registration form. Complete your details, then fax, email or post it to the British Library at the address given on the form. Download and print a registration form (available in the right hand PDF panel).

You will receive an email confirming your registration within one working day
