The Official Journal in which all laws, decrees, official nominations and government procedures are published. Access via the website of the Ministry of Justice. Choose your language and the table of contents of the latest issue will appear. Select "nouvelle recherche" for access to full text from 1 June 1997.

The Narrative sources from the Southern Low Countries
A bibliographical database which aims to provide a comprehensive and critical survey of narrative sources from the Southern Low Countries between 600 and c1500 AD. The Southern Low Countries are defined as comprising modern Belgium (i.e. including the old Prince-Bishopric of Liège) as well as those territories now part of France (French Flanders and French Hainault) and the Netherlands (North Brabant). Site created by the Department of Medieval History of the University of Ghent and the Institute of Medieval Studies of the Catholic University of Leuven.
Antilope (Belgian Union Catalogue of Periodicals)
Antilope is the Belgian Union Catalogue of Periodicals listing the holdings of the Royal Library and other university, research and special libraries. It is maintained by the University of Antwerp. The library of the Academia Belgica in Rome specialises in the history of religion, history of art, archaeology and history. The Academia Belgica also houses the library of the Belgian Historical Institute in Rome.
Archives et Musée de la Littérature
Centre de documention et de recherche sur la littérature francophone de Belgique. The following databases are now online: catalogue général (books, periodicals, articles, manuscripts), Répertoire des Auteurs dramatiques belges contemporains, base de l'annuaire du spectacle, base de données iconographiques, base de données des correspondances.
Centre for Historical Research and Documentation on War and Contemporary Society
Much of the collection which comprises archives, manuscripts, books, pamphlets, periodicals, press clippings and a photo library has now been catalogued on the online Pallas database. Search is by French keywords, though many of the descriptions are in Dutch.
Information on the Documentation Centre Amazone and on the Archive Centre for Women's History in Brussels (collections of books, posters, photographs and archives of persons and associations). The online catalogue is common to both institutions.
